How to Easily Book a Telehealth Appointment in Australia: A Hassle-Free Guide

Why Telehealth?

Telehealth is making healthcare more accessible and convenient for Australians — whether you need a medical certificate, a general health consultation, a repeat prescription, a referral, or support for a specific concern such as skin health, sleep difficulties, or women’s health.

All you need is a phone or internet connection. There is no travel, no waiting room, and no need to take time away from work or family to access quality care.

What Can My Telehealth Clinic Help With?

My Telehealth Clinic offers a range of services delivered by AHPRA-registered Nurse Practitioners, including:

  • Medical certificates — from $19.95, typically available within 15 minutes during operating hours
  • General telehealth consultations — $39.95 for a 15-minute appointment
  • Repeat prescriptions for stable, ongoing conditions
  • Specialist referrals
  • Women’s health consultations
  • Weight management support
  • Sleep health consultations

If you are unsure whether your health concern can be addressed via telehealth, a Nurse Practitioner can advise you during your consultation and arrange in-person referral if needed.

Booking a telehealth appointment at My Telehealth Clinic is straightforward:

  1. Visit mytelehealthclinic.com.au and select the service you need.
