Frequently Asked Questions

For telehealth consults, if you have a valid Medicare card we will bulk bill you and you will have no out of pocket charge.

Medical certificates are $15.00.

As there are no booked appointment times, there can be a bit of a wait, but usually no more than 20 minutes.

Yes we have both male and female practitioners

It can be for a maximum of 3 days at the discretion of your practitioner.

We limit the kinds of medications we provide scripts for based on the medication safety profile. If people need regular monitoring for their medication ie pain killers, sleeping tablets etc we will not be able to provide those.

We are also obliged to check your My Health Record and refuse to provide scripts if there is no evidence of you being on the medication.

This is at the practitioner’s discretion however you will receive no more than 1 repeat on your script to ensure safe practice.
